Gold with Jeanette Schneider Episode 60: The Beauty In Struggle with Jairek Robbins

Jairek Robbins believes there is beauty in our struggles. At the age of 20, doctors told Jairek he only had 6 days left to live after contracting malaria. Thinking to himself, “This wasn’t the plan,” Jairek immediately put to use the tools he had learned over the years from books, tapes, and seminars, and started working on healing himself. Today, Jairek Robbins is the #1 Bestselling Author of Live It!, a Performance Coach & Lifestyle Entrepreneur, and founder of Performance Coach University.

Jairek Robbins is a man dedicated to helping professionals optimize personal performance and achieve success with purpose.

Jairek was awarded the Congressional Award (Gold Medal) from the United States Congress. He has conducted trainings for Harvard University, The United States Marines, The United States Air Force Special Forces, BMW, REMAX, UBS, Major League Baseball Teams and members of the U.S. Olympic team.

He is a trusted advisor and board member to a variety of different companies. Today, with over a decade of performance coaching experience Jairek continues to unlock secrets for maximizing performance and organizational success.

Today Jairek and I have a soulful conversation about how we can become more prepared to take on difficulties with ease. We discuss fixed vs growth mindset, spirit vs ego, and how both are necessary on our journey, and the power we have in choosing to rewrite the stars for our family tree.

I loved this conversation with Jairek so much. I appreciate his advice to get comfortable dancing within our darkness. And to cherish the events that have made us who we are by forgiving ourselves for past mistakes.

You can follow Jairek on Instagram @jairekrobbins and find him on his website www.jairekrobbins.com.

Dan Mason is a nationally recognized career and life transition coach and host of the Apple #1 debut podcast, Life Amplified. Gold with Jeanette Schneider Episode 43: Ending Stigma: Anxiety & Mental Health with Jenna Monaco

Jenna Monaco believes we should remove shame around mental health and is unabashedly tackling the topic head-on. As the Adult Child of an Alcoholic (ACOA), Jenna battled with her own father’s mental health and addiction for the better part of his life. After he passed from organ failure, Jenna suddenly found herself dealing with panic attacks and anxiety. This is where her own self-discovery, healing and advocacy was born.

Jenna Monaco is a stress management mentor for women, self-development writer and the podcast host of Spark Intention. After years of personal work on her own mental health, and witnessing the benefits of self-healing, Jenna has dedicated her life to helping others uncover their life’s mission and guide them through their own healing journey.

Today Jenna and I discuss self-awareness, how to listen to our bodies, tools for anxiety management, and  the importance of forgiveness.

Thanks so much for joining me today! I love Jenna’s bravery. She tackles the conversation of mental health head-on, and reminds us that the only way out is through. We have to remove stigma, speak openly and ask for help when we need it.

Gold with Jeanette Schneider Episode 7: Cultivating Courage and Authenticity with Tiffany Hendra

From the trailer park to Beverly Hills and now back to Texas, Tiffany Hendra inspires women from all walks of life to live their most authentic, stylish and courageous lives. She is a wife, TV personality, empowerment & media coach, creator of Sanctuary Of Style and former cast member of Bravo’s Real Housewives Of Dallas. With her spitfire, but nurturing attitude, Tiffany gives women the nudge they need to exit their comfort zone, make friends with their fear and enter their courage zone. Her mission is to help women live in freedom by overcoming past negative programming, give up victimhood, find their voice, cultivate courage and live with UNAPOLOGETIC authenticity.

Tiffany and I talk about the courage zone, courage v fear, how action is sometimes messy and the authenticity and courage it took to leave Real Housewives of Dallas. She also shares the message she’d share with her younger self. This is a beautiful conversation.

Gold with Jeanette Schneider Episode 2: Trust Your Hustle with Chelli Wolford

Today I am joined by entrepreneur Chelli Wolford, owner of Bloom, a co-working space for women.

Aside from running a gorgeous space for risk-taking women to launch their businesses, Chelli also shared a letter to her younger self in my book, LORE. It is the one most asked about during my speaking engagements and we’ll tell you why. Chelli is pure heart and soul, a women’s advocate and the sister of recording artist Pitbull.

In our time we talk about actualizing our side hustle by making leaps from uncomfortable jobs to the unpredictable life of an entrepreneur. We get deep in our feelings with advice to do the hard work and avoid the unintentional life.

This is a grown up conversation and covers topics surrounding sexual violence and loss so fair warning for those who may be triggered.

Please subscribe to Gold, love this episode up, share it with your friends, and leave a review. It would mean the absolute world to me, and the lovely guests sharing their gold every week.
