Glitter

Glitter is the tenants we live and love by and hope they will make you feel shiny as well:

“Don’t worry about the big things. They’ll take care of themselves. Take care of the little things. Love each other every day.” – Frieda Schneider (Jeanette’s gorgeous grandma, passed September 17, 2013)

Surround yourself with bright stars. If a person dims your light, makes your shoulders slump or hurts you, send them on their way with love. If love doesn’t work sometimes the block feature on your phone will.

There are no mistakes, only lessons. Own yours. It is a far more powerful thing than categorizing them as “regrets.”

Listen to your children. Every little word, emotion and conversation is a gift, a lesson, a moment that molds their world.

The quietest person in the room wins.

“Please hear me, girl. The world has enough women who know how to do their hair. It needs women who know how to do hard and holy things.” – Ann Voskamp
