Gold with Jeanette Schneider Episode 73: Facts > Feelings with Noelle Cordeaux

Noelle Cordeaux believes you can hack your brain for positivity and offers us the basic neurobiology that offers a “user’s guide” to your brain and biology. She shares the importance of understanding the signals your feelings provide, so that we can then bio-hack our system to move from our limbic brain, back to our logical pre-frontal cortex.

Sound complicated?

Not if you learn to read your own signals and agree that “it is impossible to make a good decision when you are having big feelings.”

Noelle Cordeaux is CEO and co-founder of JRNI Coaching, a feminist scholar, ICF-certified coach, speaker, and sexologist who specializes in the relationship with the self. She has carved out a unique niche in the world of coaching, combining positive psychology with clinical sexology to help her clients gain true progress.

I loved this conversation whole-heartedly! We are amazing beings with the ability to get in front of ourselves, our old patterns, and trauma, with a bit of self-awareness and re-wiring.

You can find Noelle at jrni.co and on Instagram @kindnessgangsta.

Noelle is offering the Gold audience a Free Life Coaching Session at http://bit.ly/jrnicoach.

Gold with Jeanette Schneider Episode 72: Rise Up with David Trotter

David Trotter believes you are Divinely created and have a unique purpose in this world. After experiencing his own rock bottom after many years as a pastor, his true life calling came into view.

In this episode we talk about the difference between a rock bottom and a rock “middle,” why self awareness is incredibly important, and how to get your needs met in both an unselfish and highly empowered way.

David Trotter is an author, speaker, transformation coach, and host of Inspiration Rising, a podcast dedicated to inspiring women (and the men who support them) to rise up in life, love, and leadership. He is the author of “Empowered to Rise: The Secret to Embracing Your True Identity, Uncovering Your Super Powers, and Bringing Your Inspiration to the World,” and through his Launch Your Life coaching program, he helps women (and men) overcome difficult life transitions and develop a workable plan to make lasting changes. For over 25 years, David has helped people get unstuck, clarify their goals, and take their lives to the next level through his leadership, speaking, writing, and filmmaking. David and his wife, Laura, have been married for over 25 years and live in southern California with their two almost-grown kids.

I love David’s reminder that hopes and dreams are great, but intentionality and action are where the magic becomes felt.

You can find David and his podcast at insporising.com and follow him on social media @insporising.
